What exactly do I pay?

$60 USD per year ($1,200 MXN). That covers the store, setup, loading your products, your own domain, hosting and support. We charge no commission on your sales.

When do I pay?

You pay 10% ($6 USD) to start. Once we show you a demo of your live store, you pay the remaining 90% ($54 USD).

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Anytime before the end of your first month we refund 90% of what you paid. Only the 10% deposit is non-refundable.

How do my customers pay?

The website doesn't charge cards. The order reaches you on WhatsApp and you collect the way you already do: cash on delivery, bank transfer, or a payment link (Mercado Pago, Stripe, PayPal).

How long until my store is live?

Once you send your request, we contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details and publish your store.

Do I have to upload my products myself?

No. Send us your list in whatever format you have (Excel, CSV, PDF or photos) and we load it. Afterwards you can edit prices and products from the admin panel.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, and it's included in the price. We register and connect a domain like yourstore.com for you. If you already have one, we connect it.

Is there a product limit?

No. Upload as many products as you want at no extra cost.

Do my customers need an app or account?

No. They open your link, add products to the cart and tap a button that opens WhatsApp with the order ready to send.

Does it track inventory?

Not automatically. When you run out of something, hide it from the admin panel and show it again when it's back.
